Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items from our inventory cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bike Tubes (opened packaging)
- Bike Water Bottles (for hygiene reasons)
- Books and Maps (including all guidebooks)
- Cycling Caps (worn items)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Package Your Items – Once approved, repackage items securely in original packaging.

Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
