Shipping & Delivery

We offer two straightforward options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after shipping (processing takes 1-2 business days)
- Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after shipping (processing takes 1-2 business days)
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Then:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after shipping
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days after shipping
Currently, we focus on providing reliable, affordable standard shipping options to keep our prices low. Our standard shipping is already quite fast for international delivery!
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your gear, you can return it for any reason within this period.
Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and address. All returned items must be in original condition with packaging.
For hygiene reasons, cycling shorts and other apparel items worn next to skin cannot be returned unless defective. All guidebooks and maps must be returned unmarked and in resellable condition.
